The founder of the law firm Mr. Bimal Kumar, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India, is a well known lawyer of repute in his sixth generation of eminent Lawyers. Mr. Kumar joined bar in 1966 and was designated as Senior Advocate in 1986, he was made Advocate General (I) of Ranchi Bench in 1990 and Senior Advocate, Government of India in 1990. Mr. Kumar is a Legal Luminary (as well as an Educationalist ) who has established a well Known G.S.(Law) College in unified Bihar. Shri Kumar is also author of several law books which are recognized and referred all over in Indian courts.

He has served as Member - National Film Censor Board, Government of India. He was Advisor to H.E the Governor and Chancellor of Unified Bihar and was also Senior Legal Advisor of all the universities of Bihar & Jharkhand. He was National Chairman, Lawyers Co-ordination Committee. Mr. Kumar was also President (Wrkg.) of Advocate’s Association of Patna High Court decades ago. He has been special correspondent of UNI (United News of India) in seventies. He has participated in several national and international seminars all over the world as honored speaker. He has been visiting lecturer in law Collages for many years besides being head examiner & paper setter of several universities.

Mr. Kumar is socially very active and is associated with Rotary International, Bharat Vikash Parishad and many other social organizations and philanthropic missions through out the country. Mr. Kumar was offered High Court Judge-ship thrice right from 1986 onwards, which he politely declined.
